Disruptorz Cricket was born from passion, perseverance, and a belief that no dream is too small to grow big. Known as Chegutu Cricket Club then, Our journey began in 2001 in a small farming town where access to 'private schools sports' like cricket was scarce. Yet, a young Irvin Rupiya and his friends refused to

Disruptorz Cricket was born from passion, perseverance, and a belief that no dream is too small to grow big. Known as Chegutu Cricket Club then, Our journey began in 2001 in a small farming town where access to 'private schools sports' like cricket was scarce. Yet, a young Irvin Rupiya and his friends refused to let limitations define them. With little more than determination, they worked at a local chicken farm to raise funds just to access a members-only country club.
What started as an impossible dream soon turned into a breakthrough. Without coaches, but fueled by teamwork and grit, they rose from the second league to the first league in just two years. That story of breaking barriers is the foundation of Disruptorz Cricket .

- Intent with Discipline: Backing your natural shots with situational awareness, picking the right moments to attack without reckless panic.
Bowling
- Resilience Under Fire: When a delivery misses the mark or gets punished, don't shake your head or drop your shoulders. Recalibrate your line, trust your process, and commit 100% to the next delivery.
- Tactical Clarity: Bowling with a strategic game plan rather than emotion, out-thinking the batter through relentless consistency and subtle variations.
Fielding
- Relentless Energy & Focus: Every ball is an opportunity. If a catch slips, lift your chin immediately, champions stay engaged, back up their teammates, and create the next breakthrough with infectious positive body language.
